Data-Tel
Communications officially opened its doors in March of 1999.
Our goal was to serve as a "One-Stop-Shop" for
Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) that needed telephony
and carrier services. We felt that this was a market sorely
neglected. Our focus has remained on building long-term
relationships and not relying on transactional business.
In an industry that is constantly changing in terms of personnel
and technology, Data-Tel Communications has remained a consistent
and reliable partner for our customers.
In
2004, Networking Services was added to the portfolio of
service offerings. As networking and telephony technology
continue to become intertwined, our customers have found
value in the fact that Data-Tel Communications can manage
both their technological needs.
Small
and Medium businesses have been the core customers for Data-Tel
Communications. The SMB customer is continually faced with
fast changing technology and complex business needs. This
climate demands the integration of technology-based solutions.
In addition, time is at a premium for the SMB customer.
They are more often than not burdened with managing both
the telephone and computer systems. Data-Tel Communications
is ready to help manage these demands.
