When Data-Tel Communications welcomes a new client, we initiate a conversation about needs and issues during the pre-sales process of discovery. Together with an engineer or other technical experts, the Data-Tel sales consultant performs a thorough assessment of the client’s needs and proposes a solution that best addresses all aspects of the project. This solution is evaluated and fine-tuned with the client’s input. 

The Data-Tel project manager then works directly with the carrier or other vendor from the beginning to successful completion of the order, including handling all paperwork, correspondence, and technical consulting. New service installation, testing, and discontinuation of old service are coordinated by Data-Tel in collaboration with the vendor and client. 

Additional benefits of the Data-Tel client relationship include bill audits, trouble ticket management, and the facilitation of move, add, change, or disconnect orders. Personal contact is our specialty – no calls get referred to an anonymous call center overseas. Your account team answers your questions and solves any problems that may arise.
