Focal Point has been a client for over ten years. Data-Tel has provided the network services, telephony systems and managed the telecom carrier relationships.

When Focal Point relocated to their new facility, they engaged Data-Tel to project manage their entire IT infrastructure move. We were asked to manage not only the physical equipment relocation, but also design the data center, provide all of the needed infrastructure upgrades, and coordinate the physical move to the new facility, providing all of the equipment and technical resources. We worked closely with the contractors on a daily basis during the build out and coordinated with the management team for the design of the infrastructure. We facilitated the flow of information between various trades to ensure a streamlined transitional period before the move and the go-live weekend at their new building.
