Headquartered in Elk Grove Village, Ill., PRP Wine International has 13 remote offices throughout the United States. Initially, Data-Tel Communications provided PRP’s switched long distance service. Over time, the relationship evolved and we were asked to reconfigure their entire WAN infrastructure.

We recognized that PRP’s remote sales offices were a perfect fit for integrated access circuits that had recently become available in 2006. This particular network configuration allowed PRP to maximize their budget and streamline the management of the network. PRP no longer need to juggle managing multiple carriers’ analog line products with DSL or cable/modem services.

Data-Tel’s value-added services allowed PRP to concentrate on their core business. We designed a staggered implementation to accommodate PRP’s seasonal business flow. Project management and vendor coordination helped reduce the amount of work required of PRP for this project.
