Data Tel Communications was asked to review the telecom carrier services of Warren Oil Company. We documented their services and created an inventory including the type of service, cost, and expiration dates.

After a thorough review, we recommended several configuration changes to streamline communications and enhance Warren Oil’s services. With our help, Warren Oil has saved 25 percent on their telecom carrier services.

Working with the team at Warren Oil, we established a long-term strategy, and they were able to reinvest money they saved in carrier fees into faster and more reliable telecom services.

Data-Tel identified and resolved hardware configuration issues that significantly improved the speed of the Warren Oil’s WAN. The Network Services Group at Data-Tel Communications provided a variety of short-term and long-term IT resources to support Warren Oil’s prospering business. In addition to WAN engineering, we have also begun servicing the Nortel Telephony backbone.
